After All... I’m Not Going To India!

Sushi has signed up to go on an expedition with school in the summer of 2020, incase you hadn’t guessed he’s going to India. He’s heading to Southern India for 3 weeks to work within local communities on various projects. To fund his trip and provide materials for the projects the charity works on, he has to fund raise over the next 18 months.

He has a number of fund raising ideas including getting a job, donating his Christmas and birthday money, doing some car boot sales and he’s roped me into accompanying him on a sponsored walk this summer.

The plan is to complete 1 mile for every 100 miles from here to Chennai, so we will be walking 51 miles from the Humber Estuary to his school and back again...we won’t be doing it all in one go but in 4 or 5 stages...51 miles in one go, I don’t think so...after all I am not going to India!
