Bits of Beauty

Lying on the ground, trying to get chamomile flowers from underneath, then got up and saw this on top of one of our gateposts. Chamomile relegated to extras.

Apparently, in the High and Late Middle Ages, light was considered the most beautiful revelation of God, hence the stained glass of cathedrals like Notre Dame in Paris. Think I agree.

Mike carried on building walls, then went down to install lights in the Padre's ground floor; ended up doing dinner with him, great conversation and exchange of ideas, always thought provoking.
