Elf yourself.

I’m trying to be more healthy! Often on Uni days (and work days) don’t eat anything until dinner. I know this isn’t good :(

So, I have been taking some lunch with me - especially when I have been to the gym beforehand. Today was salad, mackerel, and a bit of houmous. I also drank some water, which I don’t really enjoy, but I feel all smug and wholesome this evening ;-P
