Birthday celebrations for MM

Five years of Mono Monday - fantastic. 
One of the challenges I do try and 'do'.
This is Manning's Pit, Barnstaple - a lovely area under threat from a developer. They'd like to fill it with houses.  Locals want it kept as an open area.  At the moment  the No's are winning, but for how long?  Planners are under such pressure. . .
