Boss Baby Turns Two!

Our two-year-old's vocabulary and language skills have improved incredibly since we saw her over Thanksgiving and she has no trouble making herself understood.   

She got a toy kitchen for her birthday with an assortment of plastic food, utensils and pots and pans.  She even has a chef's hat and apron (see extra). The kitchen is quite modern, made of wood instead of plastic and includes a built-in microwave showing the requisite time of 12:00. (see second extra)   

Instead of the extravaganza of last year, her parents opted for a quiet day with both sets of grandparents.  An outing to the community center for some kiddie gym-like activities was followed by an early dinner at a Hibachi grill restaurant where she was completely entertained by the chef.
