Mary returns

All the teens came round for a breakfast belated secret santa thing. I did no work towards this, but enjoyed the sound of them having a lovely time.

Then a trip to cinema to see Mary Poppins returns, with S and Gillian and M. I enjoyed it, a proper joyful escape, even if it's like a mirror image of the original.

Then on the walk back we discovered that M has basically not seen any musicals of any kind! This is a gap in her education that needs fixing, so plans are afoot for more Sunday pm musicals. We will make a list.

This tiny person's laundry made me smile on our walk home.
