Night Activity

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I was out walking Murphy when a text came in from my brother...

“Were you out last night?”

I confirmed that I had been. He sent another...

“You exercising at 2.05am?”

I was a bit confused so he explained that Strava (social fitness app) was showing that I had logged an exercise which it described as “night activity” at 2.05 am.*

I realised that the activity was when I had used the cross trainer at Stobo yesterday and that there must have been a blip when my watch synced with the app.

I’m not sure he believed me!
