(Un)Creative Standard

Apparently watches are normally advertised with the hands at 10 to 2
or at 10 past 2 because that frames the maker's name.  I'm not advertising anything, I just needed something to blip.

I will admit that Feathers McGraw has almost managed the perfect disguise here but he has left his eyes visible.
