Instant but temporary weight loss courtesy of Zorlu centre, Istanbul where Caitlin and I had lunch at Eaterly. 

The major achievement of the morning was to shower and wash my hair with my left leg wrapped in an assortment of supermarket carrier bags held in place by masking tape.  With hindsight, this should have been my blip. Well, just the lower left leg you understand.
