Wanstead Park

Wanstead Park in the east of London area is a really lovely place. Lots of foresty bits, wide open spaces and ponds.  Every  weekend lots of people stop at the tea hut, which sells lovely bacon sandwiches and all sorts of cake, as well as super cups of tea and coffee - in real mugs.  Of course, you also meet lots of lovely dogs, which is half the pleasure.
