Waiting . .. .

Spent the last two days baking for the Santa Run and tomorrow's market.
Santa Run? - a child-minder from across the river brings all his young clients across on the pink ferry before walking up the cobbled high street to post their letters to Santa in the gold post box, then they come into my friend's restaurant for a hot chocolate and my cakes and mince pies. It's become quite a tradition now which the children look forward to and marks the beginning of the festive season. After they had left I had a quick plate of pasta before walking up to the hall to do my stint in the panto - exhausted now so off to bed.
