Rainy morning

The photo is of a Japanese Maple tree in downtown. The tree is surrounded by waterfall fountains outside the lower level of a building. It is lit by an outdoor light at 6:45 am.   I wasn't happy with the way it turned out, so I edited it in Topaz Impression.  40 degrees and raining....
