Seen on our walk at Needham Market today.   This sign is at the entrance to the tunnel under the railway lines and leads through to an area called Camping Lands.   This area has been in existence since 1496 and in its day held an annual cattle fair, hence the need for a Cattle Tunnel.   People must have been much shorter in those days, as I'm 5'8" tall and I had to stoop to walk through it.   It's about 3' wide, just enough for one person or cattle to go through at a time.   I did find it rather claustrophobic, I have to say.
