Otherwise known as water. Youngest back to his Thursday sports club for kids with additional support needs. He took a full 25 minutes to settle into the routine but managed to join in for the rest of the session. He was pretty tired afterwards but not too tired to head to the shops afterwards to get his Friday pizza which is also part of our Thursday routine....
