After the rain...

Just got in after a lovely evening out having dinner with my friend Roanna but - and it's a big BUT - my walk home left me very wet, very cold, and very groggy. When I stepped in the door though, I saw these beautiful flowers my Mum bought me at the weekend and my heart was lifted. Despite my wet boots (and therefore feet) and gloves (therefore, hands) - what joy flowers bring! I've had a bath now too so all is well in the world.
