Utilitarian

A productive day: hack/commuter bike (the black one) fitted with new koolstop brake blocks which I read a good review of, and so far (a few days of riding later) are excellent.  Also a new rack to accommodate a rear light.  Snow bike (the white one) is now all ready to go, all it needs is some snow and/or ice, and then I can be a smug commuter.

Very unusually for January it was both dry and warm enough to do this fettling outside.
