East Lomond

Various jobs around teh house this morning then off to Falkland with a friend who wanted to do a recce of leg 1 of the Devil's Burdens relay. I've done it before (though last year did the 4th leg) and this year was a reserve but now am also in for leg 1.
We had a good run and found a different route back to add to the interest. Unfortunately the early sun had gone but there was still a good view of E Lomond from about halfway. About 8 miles in all.
Tea and peanut cookies after before heading back to the carpark where Mr Rat had dropped me off, and himslef for a 20 mile run.
