Thank you Andy!

My blip tonight is a quick photo of the cover of Andy Murray's book 'Seventy Seven'  It seemed appropriate to mark the day that this great champion announced his imminent retirement.  He hasn't always been easy to watch but he has been such a great player and presence in tennis in recent years.  We have had the pleasure of watching him live in Glasgow at the Davis cup and at the O2 at the Masters final.  Both thrilling experiences.  I found his press conference quite heartbreaking to watch and admire his determination to battle through the pain of recent months. I hope in time he has a long and fulfilling retirement from the game.
