Shortie watching...

Great to have close views of three short eared owls this afternoon...a bit dark to say the least but just love watching them :) 

I also found 30 waxwings this aft but it was very difficult to stop and I didn't quite feel as if it would be the thing to do to stand on the street with my camera. So I had a quick watch and listen from my car. Their trilling call is so gentle and relaxing I always feel.
