Starting Sophie

Didn't get our for a walk at lunchtime. It was cold and starting to rain so I bottled out.

Work is beginning to get a bit busier but the students are not back until next week. Ran a training course in the morning for a great group who seemed very interested in the possibilities of the things I was teaching them.

I've seen an amazing blanket made from whirls using the Sophie's universe pattern. Before I spend a fortune on more yarn I thought I'd try out the pattern with some left over whirl. I got this far before I decided that I might need to consult YouTube.
