Heading home

We chose a route home from Leavenworth that eventually led us to Columbia River Gorge. There we stopped at The Dalles Dam to see the eagles that congregate there this time of year. A poor shot of them is in the extra; they are too far away for my lens to capture well. We counted 25-30, as many as 60 have been seen there. The other extra is from this morning's sleigh ride, a gift from our daughter. While taking us through the beautiful snowy landscape the driver kept entertaining us with stories and jokes. The main blip is of Mt. Hood, taken at the dam.
