Blur

I wish today had gone in a blur rather than a slow painful torture. It was my 2012 Performance Development Review (PDR) today, but before that we had a departmental meeting which went on way too long than it ought to have. Still we got a free dinner out of it down the pub, it was just about passable. Lol!

The PDR went well but frankly it's a total waste of time! There is no emphasis on development at all, and is just a tick box exercise for the business to say look how touchy, feely we are to our people.

Eventually made it home at 8:30pm. Not happy!
