An indoor blip today. It's vile out there.

I did venture out for another swim. Another 40 lengths or 1000 metres or 0.62 of a mile.

Today's festive purchases were the worlds smallest real live christmas tree and some mistletoe. I must remember to point it out to mr Lif tonight ;)

Tomorrow is be nice to your barnet day chez Lif so I shall be taking myself off to town for a 2 hour session in the chair. Nothing duller but hopefully the end result will be worth it.

Time to cosy down in front of the tv.
