Spring is coming

I do realise that winter has only really just begun but seeing the snowdrops makes one think that spring is on its way.

I had an appointment at the doctors as I have a swelling on my hand. I’ve been booked in for an X-ray to see what is happening.

As part of my efforts to get fit HtP have been to yoga tonight. It was really challenging in places. I’m certainly going to know about it tomorrow.
