Seen in an outdoor shop

After the great photo opportunities of the past few days blips were hard to come by today.

It was only this afternoon when out looking for remedies for the blisters on Susan’s heels that I came across this couple in the outdoor shop.

Looks as if this androgynous pair have fallen out, perhaps over the route they should be taking at the junction ahead.

On a sad note we learned that my former father-in-law died early this morning at the age of 98. I knew him for many years and of course, he was Pa to my two boys. He’d been gradually slipping away over the past month or so. He was one of the dwindling number of men who served in the Second World War seeing active service in Norway in the early part of the war and also spending time in Africa and India amongst other places.
