Peter Pane

I'm back in my favourite local eatery Peter Pane. I normally have one of their excellent burgers, on brown rolls which don't fall apart, but I my burger at lunchtime elsewhere with four of "the lads" from work, so I'm on salad tonight: lots of baby spinach with pine nuts and chicken. Add a bowl of their excellent sweet potato fries and a mojito, and I've got the evening meal deal.

I'm intrigued by the name of this place: there's a light "Peter Pan" theme to the menu, but "Peter Pan" is the same in German as English, and "Peter Pane" isn't pronounced the same. Could there be a copyright on the name?
