Perspective

It’s easy to let shit dominate you (and I mean that quite literally) so after a bit of a dodgy day I decided to get things in perspective.

When you look at yourself with a big grin you know you can keep going, particularly when you have so much love in your life from two, three and four legged friends.

Highlights of today:

Very good meeting over coffee
The lovely J made our house look beautiful
Got a wonderful map of London through the post, now on the wall in the hall
I felt better as the day went on
Made a fab dal curry for supper
Very warm and peaceful evening
