Twisted Colossus

Jill and I drove overnight to Southern California to visit a few amusement parks. First we went to Six Flags Magic Mountain and rode Tatsu (my 251st roller coaster), Superman, Twisted Colossus (pictured) and Scream. Twisted Colossus is outstanding.

We spent a few hours there and then drove to Knott's Berry Farm to spend the rest of the day. We met my friend Tom, his wife, Gina, and their 4-year-old son, Andrew.  At Knott's, we rode Hangtime (my 252nd coaster), Ghostrider, Voyage to the Iron Reef and Pony Express. It was nice to visit the two parks in the same day. We have season passes to the chains that operate the two, so we're getting our money's worth.
