Early and.....

.....frosty start to the day!  Well, not early by some standards but for me it was!  I liked the contrast between the roof lines and the trees especially the four poplars on the right.

Second go at the Back Group (Physio) today and again I must be using muscles I don't normally as finding I'm already really stiffening up!  Will be better tomorrow I'm sure!!
