Moss

A very quick Blip today as I have been so busy.
Today I met my nephew Wayne and his wife Belinda for the first time (see yesterdays entry). It was really good to catch up and help each other fill some of the gaps that we both have in our lives regarding our pasts. It was a very rewarding and emotional meeting for both of us.
We also have an invite to stay with them in Capetown this year whenever we want.

I took today's photo simply because the moss on the tree roots was glowing so much in the sun and it fascinated me.

Dryathlon Day 10 plus Diet .... still hanging in there, but it is definitely getting tougher.
