Molarectomy

I had a tooth out this morning. I wasn't looking forward to it but it went fine and now I am 20 grams lighter. And a load of £pounds. Consequently I am taking it easy today. She said no heavy lifting so that 500gm bar of chocolate is going to have to stay in the fridge.

Going round the corner to get the paper I saw this dear lady, who is a local, on her rounds. She is a regular in the book shop and keeps on going. She determinedly pulls her shopping cart along and is my respectful photo for today.
