Half a job Harry!!

Well I was aiming to do my display board at work today but like a pillack I didn't have enough work to fill it - this means only one thing I must work harder!!!!

Decided also to try the gym tonight as I hadn't been since my episode on Monday when I was dying!!
Not the best idea I have ever had - feeling like shit again so no double class I need to go home and sleep
