Physician heal thyself
A relatively quiet day at work with the added benefit of some admin time to catch up with the usual mountains of paperwork.
My periodic knee problem has flared up again. Over the years ( and with the advice of physios ) I’ve learnt that some stretching , and the use of a foam roller and some light resistance work with a big elastic band seems to get it sorted. These are the instruments of torture. It seems to be helping.
