Jingle Bells

Inevitably I was a little bit slow to get going this morning......it was a fab night, there were a lot of merry people and we all had a good boogie. The two pints of water and paracetamol helped and I can only imagine how deathly I'd feel if I'd not had them......Oh and we saw the Queen!! Her car drove right past our taxi, very exciting :)

Si has decided tonight is the night for the Christmas tree to be purchased......I don't think I'll be having the glass of Baileys that I normally have whilst decorating but never say never, hair of the dog may be just what I need. I've got all the decorations down so he had better come back with the tree :), and I have always forgot what we have.......they all have memories and I especially love the ones that were from holidays or that were gifts x

There will be wreaths on EVERY door, stockings in every room and the obligatory twinkly lights in every fireplace. So excited, I love this time of year.

Roll on tomorrow.........I'm ready for the weekend :)

edit - we are off to get the tree together :)
