Time for tea

Selecting the best tea was our task for the day. We had many samples including flower tea and explanations from this lovely lady at Tai Kwun the Former Central Police Station Compound and prison. While there we attended a lecture by Rem Koolhaas. We also travelled on the longest escalator and on the local ferry and visited the jade market. Whew.
