Lovely sunshine

I couldn't resist taking these flowers with the sun shining on them. They have really lasted. Lilly brought them on 27 December and they are still looking good.
I went to Kate's today, we walked into town with Oscar in his pushchair, that was a workout. He never stopped talking all the way there and back. We walked past a church with a lovely steeple, he pointed and said rocket! I told him it was a steeple.
We had an hours break whilst he slept then played until I left before it got dark. Thomas Tank Engine was on TV what a revamp. He has adventures all around the world with different trains in all the countries and new music and song. I did miss Ringo Starr's fabulous narration.
I've eaten a lot more today but not excessively but I have had treats and I don't feel guilty.
