Comic book drawing - before and after

Digital group today and we tried THIS tutorial: 
Smart Way to Quickly Make COMIC BOOK DRAWINGS From Your Photos!  by Jesus Ramirez.  He explains what he is doing and why, which is brilliant.  I have had some problems as my version of Photoshop is different to his!   I apologise that I used a photo from May this year.  Was going to take a photo and redo the effect but having worked on this over 4 hours I'm too tired!


It has been a beautiful day today and I spent it at the computer!!
