Tyntesfield in the Winter Sun

Such a lovely bright day today, it was impossible not to smile in the sunshine. 

We took a trip down to Tyntesfield, and I know it's not the first time I've blipped a view of this wonderful Neo-Gothic monster. This was taken as the sun went down, after our small-party visit into the children's rooms in the top of the house. 

There's an extra - the first of 2019 and I didn't use them all up last year again - of the sunlight absolutely blasting through the remnants of autumn colour on one of the trees. What lovely weather it was, and even the M5 was forgiving.
