BEST FOOT FORWARD
Getting the NY fitness project off to a start this morning. Windy Hill is my test of fitness - I try to get up it in 25 minutes. I used to be able to run up in 12, but those days are gone. Today was 23 - not too bad considering the Christmas indulgence. Cobwebs were blown away, endorphins were released, and calorie count satisfied.
Windy Hill has all the advantages of woodland, moorland and cragginess, while being tiny and local. Extras of woodland.
