Orange

I spent nearly all morning trying to sort out an account issue with Orange. It was made very difficult that almost every way of contacting them seemed to involve giving my Orange phone number, and the whole reason for the issue is that I have not had an Orange phone for over 2 years! Eventually I managed to find a number which went through to a human being, and I hope the problem is finally resolved.
