The River This Morning....

Maisie and I enjoyed an early walk along the River tracks. We had a lovely sunny day, luckily not as hot as it has been. Son Duncan helped me with some gardening. It is so good having a green-fingered son. He and I took on a mammoth task of cleaning the barbeque. It was overdue for a good clean....a messy task but the end result was very satisfying. Rob, a family friend who is expert with barbecues, called in during the afternoon to check the working of the barbeque for safety ‘s sake. I am most grateful to him.
