Cream tea @ 11am

Thanks to mummy Lee donating us her groupon voucher, this morning we had cream tea in Cheltenham spa. I know we are a couple of hours early than normal but it all tastes the same no matter what time it is.
I also had a ultrasound scan on my neck this morning too which confirmed my enlarged gland but the lovely Dr man doesn't think it's too sinister, fingers crossed. Acupuncture later today so hopefully i will be fixed as best as I can be. X
