Beginnings....

of a little movement begun in Portland by an artist named Aimee.   These bronze shoes symbolize the children separated from their parents at the border crossings....at least two have dies since rTrump instituted these inhumane polices of separating the children from their parents....I just cannot imagine..  I think of my own grandchildren and how completely terrified they would be....it just breaks my heart.  
    I returned again to where I'd hung this second pair of bronze shoes and they are still there and fading a bit.  I feel I need to somehow to more than just hang the shoes.....but this worthy project is a tiny beginning in trying to educate the public to action to be aware of this tragedy and to speak out against this inhumane policy as much as one can!
