Beginnings

The mono Monday challenge for today.

Getting back to normal, and it feels like the start of a New Year.
I have been busy with cleaning, washing etc.
and hadn’t taken any photos. Certainly not any out side and a wet dismal day.

The challenge made me think of MrC and what a new beginning this year brings for him.
He can now see out of his left eye without his glasses. The first time since he was a child.
He can’t wait for the right eye to be done too.

Not a very good photo, but I didn’t want to get too near to his eye as it is only 5 Days since he had his first cataract operation. Also couldn’t
use flash, and had to focus on something else before moving the camera over to take the shot of his eye.
We are so greatful to the NHS, for the excellent treatment he has received.
