Busy day (including team meeting and 1-1 which went OK I think)  followed by Slimming World where I put on a pound.  Feeling proud that I stayed the same on the 31st and this is the next one - and that's covered Christmas eating :) :)

Exhausted now, waiting for dinner to cook in the oven...hadn't planned that.  Monday is usually microwave night after class!
