I wasn’t parked!

Just stopped to take a photograph but I was walking anyway. This is one of the few spaces in town that doesn’t have cars parked on it and long may that continue. There are some beautiful London Plane trees on it but the only thing I took a photograph of was this sign. There is a geocache hidden on it and I took the photograph to give my geocache group members a helping hand.
Makes a change from the bathing pools though I have to say I had a really lovely swim this morning. The tide was fairly high and there was just a gentle swell.
Today is one of the few ormering tides of the year. Ormers are delicious but standing up to your knees (or worse) in water turning over rocks for hours is not my idea of fun. I remember when they were so plentiful people pickled them because there were just too many to eat fresh.
