1905 beginnings.

This nice oak tree was planted, presumably from an acorn, by local schoolchildren, in 1905 so it's done pretty well from its tiny beginnings. My oldest bike, Eddie is, I'm told, also from around 1905 and is clearly recognisable as a bike even though its beginnings are from such a long time ago. I apologise for the hurried composition but Eddie rusts before your eyes when it's drizzly! Purists will baulk at the cheap modern rear light and modern tyres but some things have definitely improved!
