Mono Monday: Beginnings

This (apart from Genesis in the Bible) was the first line of dialogue that sprung into my mind when I saw this week's challenge. For my parents it was one of their favourite pieces of literature - by Dylan Thomas of course. For my mother it reminded her so much of growing up in the Welsh valleys, especially the characters. We still own a wonderful recording on record, read by Richard Burton. Which reminds me, I must listen to it again.
