Gifts from the Kings

A slow morning as it was a rough night with Nate...we wandered round this morning chatting to friends and getting coffees and breakfasts to hand out...last night was SO cold...even someone who never drinks coffee took one, as much to warm his hands as anything else I think!
We collected Asha at lunchtime, Nate was so excited to see her! Back home to see if the Kings had been and left anything in her boot - they had - a chess set! She loves this game and plays at school...she did well teaching me how to play!
Homework and early nights ready for school tomorrow.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Sole asking if there's anything she can do to serve the homeless community! Amazing! Especially as historically there is NO love lost between the 2 communities... beginnings of barriers coming down?!
2) Chris ringing to ask if there was anything he could do for us! Kind and thoughtful!
3) Joha and Graham having Asha overnight last night.
