3 Parks, Wanaka NZ

Wanaka is growing.
This is a photo taken from the top of Mt Iron this morning, looking down on a new development called “3 Parks”, and towards the Cadrona Valley. The recreation centre is the building you can see, and it has the new swimming pool within it.

This area will be developed for retail, a new supermarket as well as for housing and 2 retirement villages.


This used to be all fields, and I thought I would document the development, as it is so easy to forget what an area looked like.
